Gemma Keaney, trading through Lancara Ltd. (Company No. 10854077) (“I”, “we” or “us”) provides IFS therapy, IFIO couples therapy, and psychoeducational programmes and resources through this site.

2. Services and Products

•  Information, guides, and downloadable materials.
• Individual and couples therapy services (as agreed in separate client agreements).
• Online educational programmes and courses, including the Couples 2025 programme (currently in beta or as announced on this site).

Online educational programmes offered through this site are psychoeducational in nature. They are designed as structured learning resources, not as therapy, and do not constitute or replace professional therapeutic treatment. Participation in any online programme does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or healthcare relationship between you and Gemma Keaney or Lancara Ltd.

Access to these services is governed by these Terms, plus any separate agreements specific to your programme or therapy sessions.

3. Use of This Website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not misuse or attempt to interfere with the site or its systems. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute content unless expressly permitted.

5. Payments & Refunds
Digital products are one-off purchases unless otherwise stated.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, by purchasing and requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that your cancellation right is waived once access is provided and you have confirmed you wish to receive the content immediately. Where applicable, this waiver will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

All other sales are final, except where law provides a statutory right to cancel.

Payment may be processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.

6. Limitation of Liability
Content on this site is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.

While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee results from using our content or services.
