Relationship Foundations
An online couples programme (Beta)

Before we begin

Most couples don't lack love. They lack language - for what's happening between them, for why certain moments keep repeating, for how to find their way back to each other when things go wrong.

This programme won't be your therapist. But it will give you frameworks, the vocabulary, and practices that make those patterns legible. Understanding doesn't fix everything. But it can change what's possible.

Who is this for? Couples and individuals who are curious enough to look - not necessarily in crisis, though some of you will be - but willing to engage seriously with what's happening between you.

What is this programme?

This is psycho-education - not therapy.

That distinction matters, so let me be clear about it. What you'll find here is a structured, evidence-informed programme built around the frameworks I use in my couples therapy practice: IFS (Internal Family Systems), IFIO (Intimacy From The Inside Out), and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. The same foundations - offered here as structured learning rather than therapy.

There's no therapeutic relationship formed through this programme, no clinical assessment, and no duty of care in the professional sense. If you're in crisis, or if what's happening between you feels too big or too painful to approach through self-study, then please seek support from a qualified therapist.

What You'll Experience in the Beta Programme:

  • A structured introduction to key relationship dynamics that commonly create conflict and disconnection

  • Practical frameworks used in modern couples therapy approaches, translated into clear educational material

  • Short learning modules designed to help you better understand your own reactions and your partner’s
